COVID-19 Note: You may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams and our customers. We expect orders to ship within 1-2 days from the date of purchase.

Customers who access and use the website from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations. When you place an order and select a shipping address outside of the United Kingdom you or your designated consignee are the Importer of Record and as such are authorizing Rice Guys to import the goods to your destination country on your behalf. Furthermore, you agree that Rice Guys may delegate the obligation to import the goods on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). You or your designated consignee as Importer of Record are responsible to pay the applicable duties & taxes and any other import fees to your local customs authorities.
We take every effort to ensure your experience with us is smooth and seamless.
As a consumer, you have certain legal rights regarding the return of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described. Our refund policy does not affect your legal rights and is in accordance with statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We offer returns within 30 days of the ship date. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Please email us at email@example.com to approve your return. Once a return is started, you have 30 days to send it back using a shipping method of your choice at your own cost (we suggest using a trackable service). Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn/unused condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags and boxes (when applicable).
Final Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
